“Delicious food & Great Customer Service!! I stopped here on Monday 9/23, and was greeted by the manager Jessica/Jessi and her awesome and friendly team! It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! We dined in, Pepperjacks is a clean looking & cozy establishment with great music! Overall great experience! Two sandwiches, fries & two milkshakes for $21! Check out this locations happy hour everyday between 2-5.. they offer $1.50 fries, and milkshakes (all varieties)!“

“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. “This has been my go-to Chick-fil-A ever since I moved to the area about five years ago. Not only is it the closest location, but in my long life (and my way too many Chick-fil-A visits 😅), this one is hands down the best.

The food quality and preparation are always top-tier, but it is really the staff that sets this place apart. They are always smiling. Always kind. And yes, I know that is typical for Chick-fil-A, but something about this location just feels different. It is better. It feels more intentional. They know and recognize the community here which is something you don’t typically get in franchise spaces. It’s just truly special.

In a time when the world just feels and looks so bad - it’s nice to have a spot that is simply - good. Thank you to the staff here for all you do and please know how much my puppy loves y’all too!

“I come here very often I’m disabled I have IDD I also have physical disabilities and the lady here I don’t know her name and want to respect her privacy but she was angry at me when I explained multiple times to her my order she messed it up gave me the wrong breadsticks when I specifically asked for 2 orders of 5 cheesy breadsticks. She specially gave me a messed up order. I’m friends with the owner he’s very sweet and I also have multiple chronic illnesses and have been in a flareup recently. I want to ask the kind owner to please take action.

I called today and the manager gave me free cheesy breadsticks just like I wanted here is the photo. I confused him for the owner but I just wanted to thank Mr. Alex and change my review since I never leave bad reviews 😊. Thank you so much Mr. Alex! 🙏🏼 I also got a free Mountain Dew!“

(Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. “Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

“This was my first visit to Raising Cane’s in Gambrills, and it definitely won’t be my last! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to help. My order was prepared incredibly fast, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.

What really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. The dining area was spotless, and even the outdoor seating area was exceptionally well maintained, which says a lot about the pride the team takes in their restaurant.

“Z-Burger in Beltsville is just down the road from IKEA. Needed a couple of milkshakes to wet our whistles and this joint did not disappoint. Peanut butter Banana shake was very good. Shake is thicka than a snicka so have patience for the first 15 minutes until it thins out a bit. The regular size is quite large. Shakes run between $6 - $7. Worth it in my opinion. Parking is uncertain at this location. Just find a spot somewhere, that's my best recommendation.“

“I got the birria curly fries, hibachi steak and shrimp nachos, and a side of chips and queso. The wait time was only due to cooking the steak and shrimp, but they communicated that so I was fine with it. The restaurant looked super clean and the staff was great as well. The food was really good. It was more portion wise than I expected so I’d definitely get either the just the birria curly fries or nachos the next time. The only negative thing is that I didn’t get the receipt to see if I could claim rewards through the app, but I also don’t know if I’m supposed to get one or not for paying in cash. It’s a very small thing so not super worried about it.

As someone who had to change to being a plant based eater for my health, I didn't know I could still eat here. We had an amazing veggie patty on whole wheat, veggie footlong. It was amazing. I feel like I've been missing out all this time. Additionally the women working this afternoon around 3pm are phenomenal workers and the place was spotless. If they havent been given a raise or promotion yet, you need to give them both one. These ladies are easily the most competent fast food workers that I've ever seen. Show them your appreciation because any restaurant would be lucky to have them. They are respectful and kind and so efficient. “This is an AMZING location!! We ordered lunch for a small group and one of us had a gluten allergy. I went ahead and called once putting in a door dash order to make sure a glove change was done before preparing a lettuce wrapped burger to make sure there would be no cross contamination. Deondre was the one who picked up and assured me that he would see that he personally makes the burger. He also made sure to put that burger in a separate bag away from the others which was going above and beyond! “Cool concept it’s like +6 kitchens in 1. They offer a lot of different promos on social media. From Alana pizza, I ordered the burrata and the bacon pesto pizza. The burrata was really fresh and I enjoyed the pesto pizza. From Di Fara pizza, I ordered the pepperoni, sausage and meatball pizza. Not sure if it was dough or the pizza was undercooked, but I wish there was more of a crisp to the crust. I found myself chewing longer than expected.

Location was really clean and ordering via the app was easy. There’s plenty of street parking around the shopping center. Prices are high for the area. I would definitely be back to try some of the other restaurants.“
