Five Guys in Woodbridge

“The Five Guys in Lake Ridge provided prompt and professional handling of our large catering order! This has always been a solid location with great food. This week, we placed a fairly large catering order over the phone about 2 days before our event. When I arrived for pickup everything was packed hot, fresh, and was ready on time. Each item was separately labeled and extra generous portions of condiments were separated on the side. The burgers and hot dogs were still hot when I got them to the destination and everything was delicious. We got double hamburgers, cheeseburgers, bacon cheeseburgers, hot dogs, cheese dogs, and Cajun and regular fries.

We got great feedback from the group and we will definitely order from this location again! Thank you for the excellent food and service!“

“I had a fantastic experience at this Five Guys location thanks to the manager, Yassin M. I made a mistake with my order, assuming the cheeseburgers automatically came with toppings, and realized when I got home that I only had the meat and cheese.
When I went back and explained the situation, Yassin was incredibly understanding and professional. He immediately made me two brand-new burgers with all the toppings and even threw in a fresh order of Cajun fries! His excellent customer service turned a frustrating moment into a great day.
