Damien, one of the managers at this Buffalo Wild Wings, is an absolute pro. I placed an online order through the BWW app, and DoorDash picked it up incomplete. They grabbed part of my order and left the store, so I was missing an entire portion of what I paid for.
I called the store, asked for a manager, and got Damien. He apologized sincerely, owned the issue even though it wasn't the restaurant's fault, and gave me options to make it right on the spot. No runaround, no attitude....read full review

Sure it's a chain restaurant, but they've been very accommodating for World Cup soccer fans. Excellent, friendly service and no shortage of big screens. My go-to sports bar in Frederick.
We were here on a Friday night during the World Cup, it was such a great community, there was chatter and laughter filling the air. Our server- Kevin was amazing, he made sure we were all taken care of and was so kind to us.
