I’d give this one star, but I’m giving two because the bartender was a cool guy and provided good service.
I came in Sunday night to watch the baseball game. They had roughly 30 TVs showing Sunday Night Football and two showing a golf rerun. I simply asked if they could switch one of those two TVs to the baseball game. I was told, “No exceptions on football night.”

I went for lunch today with my family and we got the BOGO deal. The price was good but the quality of the wings were very disappointing. The wings were warm and felt like they were old and heated up in the microwave with an excessive amount of sauce. Which made it a very unpleasant look and taste.
Damien, one of the managers at this Buffalo Wild Wings, is an absolute pro. I placed an online order through the BWW app, and DoorDash picked it up incomplete. They grabbed part of my order and left the store, so I was missing an entire portion of what I paid for.
I called the store, asked for a manager, and got Damien. He apologized sincerely, owned the issue even though it wasn't the restaurant's fault, and gave me options to make it right on the spot. No runaround, no attitude....read full review

Buffalo Wild Wings offers great food, with their wings being a highlight. Many wings flavors are available, and it is a popular spot to watch a game, thanks to many TVs on the walls. However, customers have noticed a reduction in portion sizes and prices have increased. The restaurant often seems understaffed, which can lead to slow service, especially during busy times. The staff are generally friendly and the restaurant provides free parking and is kid-friendly, with a children's menu and activities. While online ordering is available, delays in food preparation can happen, sometimes disrupting the evening. On special days like Veterans Day, service can be particularly slow, with long waits even when the place isn't full.
