Wendy's in Frederick

“I placed an order tonight after working my long, late night and picked it up going through the drive thru. The guy working it, Jake, was very friendly and helpful with my questions. He asked if I needed any sauces, which I would have probably forgotten, hadn't he not. He also had a welcoming presence to him which you don't always get. I received my food quickly and correctly and it was very delicious. Especially the cookie dough frosty I got! I will definitely be back to this location!“

“This is one of the recent remodeled stores. But it needs some TLC already. Someone needs to be on dining room cleaning duty. Plus the one time we went inside the AC was broken and it felt like 80 degrees in there. But food is always good. Paula will hook you up with whatever you want or need. This is the only Wendy's we go to in the area. Might be slow service most days but it's as good as it gets with this one.“

“The person taking my order was loud and clear over the intercom, repeated my order as I was giving it to him, and my order ended up being correct, including the last minute ketchup request. There was an adequate amount of napkins for my order of three. A different service worker had to deliver my food to my car because I had to pull up ahead and he too was friendly and smiled goodnight to me. This was the best service I have ever received at Wendy's in such a long time. It had been months since I last ate at Wendy's and I'm happy that my return back was very pleasant, especially at this late hour. I recommend THIS location, I can't speak for all Wendy's.“
