Wendy's in Hagerstown

“Went here on the way yo PA for breakfast. 3 orders for me and my 2 daughters, all bagged seperately with napkins and ketchup and straws. Perfect send off and quick service as she told the cooks in the back to make the orders while we were ordering. Barely had to wait at all and the staff was on point. Food was awesome, service from Rachel was perfect. She needs to be made a manager if she isn't already. Place was clean with ample parking and seating and handicap access. Would highly recommend to come here and eat breakfast or lunch or dinner if you live nearby or are passing through. 5 thumbs up Rachel...take a bow!!!“

“The weird thing about this Wendy’s is that the night crew does a better job than the day crew (unusual). I come through late at night sometimes, and the food is always fresh and the employees seem to care about what they’re doing.

During the day, though, this place can be a little frustrating 😒“

“This was a cleaner location than many of them that I have seen at other Love's truck stops. The staff was focused on constant cleaning, service, and was moving efficiently and they were all super friendly. They have outlets available for you to utilize the Wi-Fi and get some work done. It was a great work to get a meal relax and do some work.“

“I did not go to Wendy’s often before they announced their sonic toy collection. Staff have always been very friendly, interactive, and efficient. Especially the guy with glasses who works the drive thru window at night. Even after completing my collection I will still plan to visit this location more frequently in the future.“

“We walked in to get our food because the drive-thru had four cars in it, that was a mistake. I literally just waited 20 minutes just to order when there was the only three people in line. Let's not mention I have a 2-year-old with me that's very impatient. It did all this just for a number six combo which is a spicy chicken and fries with a drink see you think that it would be fairly fresh considering the weights but it was not. I've done plenty of time in the restaurant business so I can understand being a short staff but to even still you have to learn how to multitask and take more than one order at a time which they were not doing. All in all was definitely a huge mistake going there tonight“
