Wendy's in Chambersburg

“I ordered 2 Dave’s Doubles and a small frosty. The cashier could have been more welcoming and is the main detriment of my review. She was not rude but I perceived a bit of standoff, maybe just awkward. Food came quickly. The crew seemed to work well together. A mop and bucket were left out right in front of the register, but the floor definitely needed its use and they did seem busy.

Parking: A little tight with the wide sidewalk and drive thru traffic. Requires caution for kiddos with the enticing short run from the spots to the sidewalk.“

“I stopped at this restaurant about every other week. I’m usually here in the morning and find the service to be exceptional, the restaurant mostly clean and the food warm and tasty. However, I recently came here on an evening. I was charged for something I didn’t receive. The associate offered me something else for free. I didn’t want that and asked to be refunded. It was a huge inconvenience and the manager told me it would be a lot of work for him to do. I paid via credit card, but was refunded in cash. That was inconvenient. If I didn’t have so many good experiences in the morning, I would have decided never to come here again. If I could write two reviews, I would give five star for mornings and one star for evening.“
