I never got around to doing a review until now. After almost a 20 min wait, I went home to discover my sub on the wrong bread. I asked for the Rosemary & cheese bread and got plain. Isn't that bread extra? In addition, the steak wasn't well done. There was a ton of grease from the steak and it was still kind of pink. I guess she rushed it due to the line. Not impressed. Medium sub is size of a small at most places. I didn't want to tip (workers were not on a tipped wage and they only did their basic job), but somehow a tip was added on. I didn't bother to argue. $32 for 2 subs with chips and drink. Lots of better places for the money.

Updating this review. A couple of years ago, we frequented this location 3-4 days a week to provide lunch for the contractors restoring our home after a small electrical fire and a lot of water damage. The service was flawless.Yesterday, we had some contractors over doing some additional electrical work so we ordered again to provide them lunch but the results were different this time.
