“Updating this review. A couple of years ago, we frequented this location 3-4 days a week to provide lunch for the contractors restoring our home after a small electrical fire and a lot of water damage. The service was flawless.Yesterday, we had some contractors over doing some additional electrical work so we ordered again to provide them lunch but the results were different this time. We ordered 6 subs but only got 4. We were unable to reach anyone on the phone for a couple of hours.After finally reaching the manager several hours earlier, they apologized for the error and we were able to resolve the issue. The manager's effort to resolve a customer complaint based on their error impressed us and we will return.“
“I catered from the Bean Bag Deli for the first time for a work conference. Mitchell was by far the best person to work with when trying to facilitate numerous orders. He was very flexible and adaptable to our needs/desires. He provided amazing customer service and I will 10000% be a returning customer! I recommend to anyone wanting a quick and yummy bite or for a large group, either way, you'll leave happy. :)“
“Best sandwiches I’ve ever had!! I didn’t know sandwiches could be so good. This is my new favorite go to spot in Annapolis. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The house made chips are good, desserts are good, onion rings are good! Customer service is great. Overall, very clean, lovely bathrooms, and sanitizer available for guests.“
“Quite good for what it is. The food is simple, not pretentious and affordable. Sometimes they use cheaper ingredients like their cheesesteak is warm roast beef with cheese and condiments but their cold cut sandwiches are quite good, soups are made fresh, snacks abundant and priced accordingly. The owners and their staff are friendly, quick and will remember their regulars.“
“Food is fairly fresh. They get your food out quick. I think their prices are not too unreasonable either for the area.My only complaint was I saw one piece of hair in my food. It wasn't my hair (different color) but that sort of thing happens when you order from a restaurant.“
“WOW I'm inpressed! I've been eating Philly subs for over 50 years and I just had the best sub ever. This is the first time I've been to a Jersey Mike's and from the minute I walked in I was given a friendly greeting that actually sounded sincere. The shop looked very clean and had just the right ambiance. Service was surprisingly fast too.The best part though was when I brought the sub home. Even though it had cooled on my drive home, It was absolutly delicious! It was chock full of tender steak and cheese and made exactly how I like it (lettuce,peppers, fried onions, olive oil and oregano). It was absolutley delicious! I will be back.“
“Really good food! I just moved to the area and I was looking for some good local food spots to check out, came across Wow Deli and decided to give them a shot. I came in and ordered the Washington Cheesesteak and man was it good! Plenty more of meat and veggies, large portion of fries, and not overly priced! I will definitely be back soon!“
“Got a advertisement from these guys a few weeks ago, did a big move so I thought I'd finally give Mike's a call. I ended up ordering them 3 times within 5 days. Was this the healthiest thing, probably not, but if you're looking for some great pizza, look no further. Subs are good, but im more of a pizza guy. The price is great too, it's cheaper than any big chain and the food is much better. Thanks again, guys!“
“Didn’t feel like I was in MOCO! The bulgogi sandwich & BLT were delicious. And I loved my chaispresso/dirty chai…I know this can’t even compare but I had just gotten a hot chai from Panera the other day and even when I asked for ‘less sweet,’ it tasted so sweet and off. But drinking Java Junction’s chaispresso made up for that experience/wasted money by 10-fold!I also adore how it’s in a charming, old structure in Old Towne Gaithersburg next to the MARC train tracks & outdoor locomotives on display. The train sounds made me nervous bc they’re so close but visually appealing & lovely nonetheless (and that’s not the business’s fault, of course).“

“I had the old skool cheese steak that comes with cheese sauce? with extra provolone(because I'm a cheese wore lol). Added lettuce n tomatoes for a little razzle dazzle and I was sent steak n cheese heaven?. Fries are always made fresh for the perfect crunch and their toasted bread should be shouted about from the mountain tops “
“Who knew. I stopped in about 7 minutes before closing and asked if they could still make something. The girl at the counter said they had already turned off the heated things but could do a cold sandwich, then started listing things. She was very nice, not like some places where they get angry because they have to make a mess again. For me service is the determining factor for repeats, and I will definitely be back. The sandwich was very well priced and big enough to be a meal. Everything was fresh, I can't think of a bad thing to say about the entire experience. Great people, great food, great price.....“
“I come to this places fairly often. Potbelly is one of my favorite chain sub spots. I order my food using the mobile ordering. You can make all the decisions online that you could make in person, everything g from adding extra pickles to removing the cheese. It's very detailed I like some apps. Food: I had a chicken club which comes with chicken, bacon, there is sauce (that I leave off), and flat bread. What I love the most about this sandwhich is the meat is real. A lot of chains use this over processed- slimy deli meat. So I appreciate the real chicken they placed in there sandwiches, it was hardy filling and delicious. My son had the mamas meatball sub. So much better than subway(ewww) and he always gets extra sauce(yummm). It's message but he says it's "Bussin"(that means delicious in young people talk). The service is always fast and friendly. Just like customers like it. And there is no shortage on the quality of food or service. The decors looked a bit vintage but the seat is very comfortable. There are some museum like pieces sitting around like an old stove for example. Very cool stuff. We are definitely coming back.“
“When I went to the mall, I they were handing out samples of the chicken California sub and I really liked it so I decided to order it. The lady asked me what toppings I wanted and I told her I wanted it like the sample. What I meant by this was that I wanted the same toppings that were in the sample. She gave me a weird look and started cutting it the way they cut the samples. Initially, I was annoyed by this because I thought it was obvious what I meant by “I want it like the sample”. But after eating it cut up like that, I actually enjoyed it. It’s a lot less messy because you just pop one square into your mouth at a time. Anyways, the sub was very good and I highly recommend it.“
“This is a very good place. The gas prices are reasonable there and it has a self help gas pumps . It has a place to get snacks and a subway place there where you can get your favorite flavors of subs with all your favorite toppings made from scratch they have your choices of soda fountain drinks . It has an open kitchen there and also it has good cashier teams and has good menus of you all your subs and refrigerators filled with all your favorite sodas too plus a check out place for gas and you can pick up grocery type stuff for snacks there too . The place is friendly and welcoming . It takes credit cards, debit cards and cash for payments . So come on down to rockville liberty gas station and hopefully get the unique experience you will not forget .They look forward to seeing you all on your next adventure visit there .“

“It's a Subway, so no atmosphere, no decor, but the place was super clean -- possibly close to closing time at 4:40p on a Tuesday. Easy parking in this large strip mall parking lot. I purchased two foot-long chicken and onion teriyaki sub combo meals, which included a small soft drink and choice of chips or a cookie for each meal. No other patrons in the store at the time, so very quiet, and the gal who helped was quick and pleasant... particularly when my newly-downloaded Subway App had to be re-downloaded to get it to work. But, as this was my very first time scanning from the Subway App, when I was told by the employee the scanner was ready I apparently held my phone too close to the scanner face because it didn't scan until I pulled my phone away in frustration...then, it beeped as scanned. But the store employee watched me as I kept trying to scan with my phone right up against the scanner and I even said it's not working but she didn't suggest that I was holding my phone too close. Also, when I asked to instead provide my phone number to get points -- because when I initially signed up for the rewards program, it stated that my phone number would suffice for in-store points accrual -- the employee indicated that wasn't doable. As the only staff member at the counter, she didn't seem like a new employee -- she certainly knew how to make the subs and ring up the combo purchases -- so, it could be that some additional scanner and rewards program training/information is needed. However, to rectify the scanning problem, she might have consulted with the other employee in the back, who passed through the front for a second when I first arrived at the counter, especially since they weren't busy. And, to add to the experience, both heavy foot-longs were placed in the same bag, which handles broke off and the thin paper bag crashed onto the rain-soaked ground spilling out the chips just as I reached my car -- those flimsy paper carry bags aren't strong enough to hold two foot-long subs, which should have been placed in separate bags. Anyway, though a few frustrations, when I finally got home, I thoroughly enjoyed my sub.“
“I ordered food on the app for pickup in store. There's a deal running in the app for BOGO footlong sandwiches until 2/17, so that was nice! The store was clean and well maintained and the employee was friendly. Our sandwiches were correctly made and had the requested add-ons. I'd order from here again.“
