“We arrived promptly for our 7:15 PM reservation. We were seated right away. Upon sitting at the table, my mom noticed that a section of the table was not clean. She told the host, and he returned with a wipe. He gave my mom the wipe, for her to clean the table. We were too excited about our very first experience at an vegan restaurant to make a fuss. We started off with some cocktails and appetizers. The bang bang broccoli was a hit! The sushi was ok and everyone enjoyed Thier cocktails, despite the excessive amount of ice. Every one enjoyed their entrées. I had the chick n waffles, which I really enjoyed. We even order dessert! The brownie was so moist and delicious on its own. The ice cream was a added treat. Our server was really sweet and knowledgeable about the menu.We will definitely be back for brunch as well as check out the other two Planta in the DMV.“
“I came to Andy's Pizza - Bethesda on a Sunday evening. There is street parking available and we were lucky enough to grab a spot right in front. You order and pay at the counter and seat yourself. There are a handful of seats available upstairs as well as downstairs. After ordering our pizza and drinks at the counter, my husband and I grabbed a seat right at the front window with our son. I ordered a slice of the Buffalo Crispy Chicken, this comes with mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, crispy white meat chicken and buffalo sauce. The pizza wasn't as spicy as I had anticipated, but it was still good. The crust and pizza itself is thin with less dough. Although the pizza slices seem large, they were not that filling. At $6 for a slice, it makes more sense to order an entire pizza. Overall, the staff were friendly and the food was good. I would definitely order from here again, but just as I mentioned above, I would order an entire pizza next time :)“
“We love Gregorio’s in Potomac and much prefer that location. We feel like family there. We decided to try this location and I have to say, it’s really not the same at all. The food was fine, not quite as good (for example the pasta was not al dente and was soggy and overcooked, the bread was not warm). The service on Sangamore just doesn’t feel personal, attentive or warm. Something is missing. I wouldn’t recommend this location but would highly recommend a visit to Potomac!“
“Our party of three was there on a night they had a huge party. We were served well and seated away from the loud party group. Excellent food, as always! Tapas make for a pleasant evening of sharing and conversation while enjoying the good food. Already looking forward to the next time!“
“this is our go to spot when my son wants pizza and I'm not really in the mood for much because they have everything someone in our family wants if it's not pizza! if we are not getting pizza the pastas are yummy ans i always get the beet salad! it's can be very pricey here but we love the workers here everyone is pleasant and I don't think I have had a bad experience in here once. we have been coming here for the past two years the plus is the spot this is located in has a market and ice cream shop on the same strip. so while your out to get food you can always go and get dessert after or stop in the market. great location“
“This pizza is one of the BEST ever. The sauce ,cheese ,and dough is so scrumptious. Last Friday was my first time here ( we ordered take out ).First of all i love the fact it's in a gate community with security. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. The staff here are so nice ( I think a guy who appeared to be chef even checked on me) . i cant wait for me and hubby to dine in !Don't change a thing. You all Rock❤️“
“I wanted to post an update since my last review. I’m so impressed at the professionalism and follow up I received from the manager after my feedback. Ms. Robertson was thoughtful. Kind and helpful in discussing what happened and she also rectified the situation by providing gift certificates so we can have another opportunity to go back to the restaurant. Thank you for taking care of your customers. We are very pleased with this outcome.“
“I got the spinach and cheese pizza and I can tell you this is the best pizza I have ever eaten! If you are a fan of thin crust, go enjoy! I am from out of state and plan to order a whole pizza to take back home. I also ordered the meatball sub which paled in comparison, but was also good.“
“Finding a place to eat gluten and dairy free is not easy. Especially one that tastes good. I love &pizza! Their topping options are also great. Lots of vegan things to choose from. The food is consistently amazing. I think I'm lucky to go in on the days Sterling works. He definitely cares about the customer experience. He delivers excellent service with a smile. I live between this location and Pike and Rose and choose this location because of the amazing service. Just a heads up, it's a smaller store and is takeout only.“
“Came in ordered a pizza and got it pretty fast. Freshly baked once you order (not just ready baked pizza sitting behind glass screen). And absolutely DELICIOUS. I dont leave reviews too often but that pizza was just so perfect. Craving a good cheesy fresh pizza (toppings all tasted fresh too, the meat and the veggies I chose), this is the place! :)“
“Their pizza is the closest taste and quality we had in Naples, Italy.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options.Parking: We had to park a block from the pizzeria.Kid-friendliness: Our 5y daughter enjoyed her margarita pizza and sitting area next to the window.“
“Our family had a tasty and relaxed lunch at Edith's Pizza. Devonne (not sure of spelling) was so attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. Even though you order at the counter at Edith's, Devonne kept checking on us at our table. We really loved the pepperoni pizza and chicken BLT salad. Very fresh, high-quality ingredients. My two year old was thrilled to have scrambled eggs (they serve all day breakfast). My husband was happy that they had a football game on, too. Don't miss their sister bakery, Breads Unlimited. They have delicious pastries, coffee, quiche, bread, and beautiful sugar cookies. Both places have outdoor seating, but they will let you bring food from Breads Unlimited into Edith's if you want to sit inside.Parking: Plenty of free parking and accessible to public transit.Kid-friendliness: Perfect place to bring our small children for lunch. Kid friendly menu. Staff was very attentive to our children's needs.“
“We came here with some friends who went to the original location in New Haven, CT. They were thrilled to see this one open at the Montgomery Mall near their home. For my wife and I, we just wanted good, old fashioned American pizza with many toppings since we live in Germany. We get great pizza there, but the pepperoni is clearly different and toppings are limited. The service here was good, but nothing special. The pizza was very tasty and had plenty of toppings on the Special with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, peppers, and onions. The glass of wine was a let down, especially for the price. All in all, a hearty lunch with pizza to take home for another meal.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor with no stairs.“
“My kids and I love the pizza at River Road Ledo's. It's a great value; we get 2+ nights worth of pizza for the same amount we'd spend at other pizza places for 1 night. The small square pieces are perfect for younger kids. Take-out orders are ready fast, the online ordering is easy, and you can pick up without waiting in line. The people there are always friendly and the owner is very responsive. We had a small issue with a recent order that I notified them about online. He called me twice and went over and above by sending us some gift certificates. We're very thankful to have such a great locally owned pizza place nearby.“
“Came at an extremely busy lunch time but was greeted very friendly and they took care of me really fast. Was my first time having their pizza under recommendation from a lot of people. It was foldable cheesy and tasted great. I haven’t had a slice of pizza like that in a long time. I will definitely go back!“
“I love this place! A family owned and operated, hole-in-the-wall place that makes delicious pizza with fresh ingredients!!!It is a take out joint, but they don't mind if you order in person and wait. They are so kind and my pizza was made with love! This is the perfect place to grab a great pizza and take it to Glen Echo Park for a family or romantic picnic!Vegetarian options: All pizzas are made to order! Best for lactoovo vegetariansDietary restrictions: just let them know prior to ordering!Parking: A lot meant for short visits. Handicapped ADA parking spaces available.“
“A friend recommend this place to me and I’m so glad she did! My group and I received some free samples of appetizers and I was immediately won over by garlic knots and meatballs!! Let me tell you the pizza did not miss! I can’t wait to take my coworkers for our next event.“
“Decided to swing by with my boyfriend for savor Bethesda! They had an amazing deal for lunch (weekends only) for an appetizer, lunch and a canoli $20 per person. We both ordered buffalo wings (A+), he ordered the multi carni and I the salsiccia. I preferred the multi carni a bit more with the amount of protein it came with. Handcut fries were ok, a bit too chunky for me so it didn't taste like the potato was cooked all the way through. Service was amazing. Both the host and waitress were friendly and checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. There's inside and outside seating (within a tent). The inside of the restaurant is a bit smaller with a cozy bar and outside seating has several heaters to keep it warm. 100% would return here.“
“Their pizza is top quality, better than any other place in the greater metropolitan area and rivaling NYC in its heyday. No exaggeration. If you want unbelievably great pizza, tasty sandwiches or salads, this is definitely the first place to go.“
“I picked up my order here at 830 on Thursday august 18 and I hope managers see this because the gentleman who brought me my pizza was phenomenal. I handed him a tip when he gave me my pizza and he thanked me and walked away. Then he turns around and returns to a man who was sitting on the curb who the dominos worker thought needed help and he offered the man his tip. It was such a genuine and wholesome interaction. I didn’t catch the workers name but management you have some great employees I hope they are commended for their actions.“
“First time back in a long long time(moved out of town many years ago), but was a regular back in the 90's. Food was great, my dish of seafood and pasta was outstanding. The service was a slow but they were busy, my daughter carbonara was way below acceptable, though she asked for fettuccine instead of pasta- but that should not have changed the dish much.“
“Ever since standupcomedytogo moved here I've become a regular diner. I have no idea why reviews aren't better. I come here for the comedy. It's good to most often amazing, and incredibly convenient. However, the food at Rock Bottom is way above average. You get so much more than you pay for, and that includes excellent service and huge portions. I was too busy chowing down to take pics. There were 5 of us this time, and everyone was SO happy with everything. These were out of town guests. Thank you!!!“
“I haven't ordered from the shop in a long time; however, I receive their newsletter. In the past I've ordered from their pizza menu & from their Greek menu given their family background. I've enjoyed their Manny's Feast & Manny's Meat Special pizzas. The pizzas are good & arrived hot. I also love their gyros platters. My suggestion is that they include more Greek dishes to their menu. I absolutely love Greek cuisine. I added a star to my review because Manny & Olga's Pizza is open until 3am on weekends. I'm a night owl and don't eat dinner until late. Bethesda restaurants are normally closed by 9pm. A real bummer.“
“This review is for the Saturday night Stand Up Comedy To Go show, which is a blast! It's $20 cash only to attend but well worth it to see the local and visiting talent assembled. The space feels intimate despite having a solid seating capacity and the energy between the comics and the crowd is warm and lively, can't recommend enough for performers and comedy members alike“
“I love Matchbox! We go almost every week and they have been amazing to me and my cardiac alert dog. Some places make it hard for me but I've never once had an issue here. They are totally fine with him just curled up under the table doing his job! Since I need him to live it's nice having a good go-to with great food and service!.“
“We wanted to visit this place from a long time after hearing about it from friends but since we live 45 minutes away, we never got a chance. Luckily, today we were in the area and finally got to try their pizza. I have had fusion pizzas at a few other places in the past but this was the best so far! Thin crust, well done, and perfect taste! We had a large Kadhai Paneer and a medium chicken tikka between our family of three which was more than enough. We have some left overs for lunch now! The owner Manoj was really nice and gave us recommendations for choosing pizza, (out of the so many options they have) since it was our 1st time. The kind of customer service he provides is rare to find these days. Would love to eat this pizza more often if we lived close by.“
