Her communication was stellar, making sure that I was happy with the order and the payment process couldn't be more simple.

The staffs here are not even have smile on their face and seems like they don’t like us to come here. It’s really hard for me to complaint but it’s an important note the Cold stone company should consider for the company good reputation .Also kindly keep the place neat and clean. All the tables are unclean with lots of dirt , ice cream wastes, and etc . Even they don’t have napkin instead of that they had toilet paper on the cashier counter for customers general napkin needs .Except these two things we actually enjoyed our ice cream crave . Would like to visit often .“
