Working from just a picture I sent her, Urzula recreated the Kit-Kat piano "keys" that gave the cake a 3-dimensional texture my son could "feel" as well as taste! She helped me make my son's special 30th birthday in his new 'hometown' of DC so wonderful--even working long-distance with his mom in another state to surprise him! Kudo's galore! “As expected, the cupcakes here were delicious! Love the combination of flavors.

The barista/coffee team needs to improve. I ordered an iced coffee with a splash of half and half. What I got was half and half with ice, with barely a taste of coffee. After sending it back and given “more coffee” it was still very weak with barely a hint of coffee.“

it was overall amazing!

i got the cheesecake and oreo, while my dad got french vanilla with waffle. the waffle is okay, but could be better served. it wasnt crispy enough and felt like it was there for an entire day, but otherwise it was okay.

the ice cream is very creamy and delicious. it was wonderfully served and the toppings were amazing!

the staff was extremely nice! they were super nice and friendly while they patiently waited for my choices and assisted me, gave amazing recommendations. i would recommend this cold stone!“

“Loved this place! We stopped in for a cappuccino and sat upstairs while we drank our cappuccinos. We didn’t order desserts, but they had a large variety of cupcakes in different flavors that looked heavenly.🧁“

Whether it’s a celebration or just a craving, there’s something special about the combination of that signature cream cheese frosting and the perfectly baked bundt cake. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store has such a warm, welcoming vibe. I can’t recommend it enough—every bite is happiness!“

“I wish I can give wholly sweet bake shop more than 5 stars. Seda, the owner and baker is beyond amazing and talented. We hired her for our daughter's Quinceañera to make a 3 tier cake and dessert table. She took time to listen to our vision and made it happened. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious. “We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

“Gone are the days lamenting that DC lacks a good patisserie and bakery. Tiered and Petite DELIVERS - true to its name; it is finger-licking, dessert-dreaming good. Exceeded expectations with service, price for value, taste, and ease of pick up. Pity a birthday only comes once a year.

“My child has celiac disease and the woman working today with glasses took very good care of her. They were able to provide me with the allergy list and willing to get a clean scoop and ice cream from the back. I took off one star because the other person working was super rude to multiple customers. We had her initially, but after handing us the allergy sheet we got moved over to the other woman (thankfully). This person was acting like the customers were straight up idiots. Telling them, in a nasty tone, where the line started when honestly there was no clear line at all. They were either having a bad day or really shouldn’t be at a job where they have to interact with other humans. Yes, I’m sure it can be frustrating, but you can nicely say the line actually starts over here.“
