“I was told that this is the famous place where one should go to have cupcake and so I did. Management is very welcoming. The person who was selling the cupcake was very friendly. There's a little bit of sitting space inside where you can sit and have cupcake. I liked it.“

She helped me make my son's special 30th birthday in his new 'hometown' of DC so wonderful--even working long-distance with his mom in another state to surprise him! Kudo's galore! “Gone are the days lamenting that DC lacks a good patisserie and bakery. Tiered and Petite DELIVERS - true to its name; it is finger-licking, dessert-dreaming good. Exceeded expectations with service, price for value, taste, and ease of pick up. Pity a birthday only comes once a year.

“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

“The most amazing, friendly & generous people in the world with some of the best bundt cakes. I went there to get a birthday bundt for my wife and was looking for the Christmas peppermint version. No longer made as out of season, so I was getting something else, when all of a sudden the lovely lady running the place popped her head around the corner and told me that she had an order of a dozen peppermint bundlets that somebody had not picked up...and that they were mine for free! Tons of brownie points from my wife plus tons of cake for all of us. This store and these people are wonderful, make the best cakes in town, and are just great to talk to. I will always shop there.“
