The barista/coffee team needs to improve. I ordered an iced coffee with a splash of half and half. What I got was half and half with ice, with barely a taste of coffee. After sending it back and given “more coffee” it was still very weak with barely a hint of coffee.“

“Urzula went above and beyond to create the PERFECT "piano cake" for my visually-impaired pianist son! Working from just a picture I sent her, Urzula recreated the Kit-Kat piano "keys" that gave the cake a 3-dimensional texture my son could "feel" as well as taste! She helped me make my son's special 30th birthday in his new 'hometown' of DC so wonderful--even working long-distance with his mom in another state to surprise him! Kudo's galore! it was overall amazing!

i got the cheesecake and oreo, while my dad got french vanilla with waffle. the waffle is okay, but could be better served. it wasnt crispy enough and felt like it was there for an entire day, but otherwise it was okay.

the ice cream is very creamy and delicious. it was wonderfully served and the toppings were amazing!

the staff was extremely nice! they were super nice and friendly while they patiently waited for my choices and assisted me, gave amazing recommendations. i would recommend this cold stone!“

“I wish I can give wholly sweet bake shop more than 5 stars. Seda, the owner and baker is beyond amazing and talented. We hired her for our daughter's Quinceañera to make a 3 tier cake and dessert table. She took time to listen to our vision and made it happened. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious. “If you’re looking for a sweet treat that’s guaranteed to impress, Nothing Bundt Cakes is a must. Their cakes are always incredibly moist, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether it’s a celebration or just a craving, there’s something special about the combination of that signature cream cheese frosting and the perfectly baked bundt cake. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store has such a warm, welcoming vibe. I can’t recommend it enough—every bite is happiness!“

“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

“Gone are the days lamenting that DC lacks a good patisserie and bakery. Tiered and Petite DELIVERS - true to its name; it is finger-licking, dessert-dreaming good. Exceeded expectations with service, price for value, taste, and ease of pick up. Pity a birthday only comes once a year.
