I'm not sure why there are low ratings, but my visits here are always pleasant. They also have Auntie Ann's pretzels here, too. Staff are always friendly, there's no eating area inside but there are plenty of places to eat near the RIO. Though I like my bun, I noticed that the Cinnabons aren't rich and tasty as when they first started. It's hard to describe in a review, but if you're a regular, you'll know what I am talking about.
