We ask for a 6 cinnamon box nd they have them cold like 5 hours on the front door open.. nd he say the fresh one are more (expensive) is because he charge us one by one when he could pack the 6 in one box and charge less because one by one are more expensive

I don’t trust it just because it’s in the same place as aunt Annie’s. Customer service was terrible and food was horrible. Horrible location.

Pretzels were hot and yummy. Cinnabons were cooked perfectly. The cashier was very friendly.

I ordered the Center of the Roll cup. Clearly this location is being cheap and still including the edges.....

Had to buy a big order of 10 instead of 5 cinna sweeties because they only had large orders, madeno sense to me when they can easily just put 5. ?

The people working here are friendly and all, but the pretzels are overdone and the cinnamon rolls are underdone. Both aren't quite like they should be.

I really appreciated the care taken by the employee to help me with a tricky gift card. It left us both scratching our heads but ultimately a nice resolution. Thank you!

I'm not sure why there are low ratings, but my visits here are always pleasant. They also have Auntie Ann's pretzels here, too. Staff are always friendly, there's no eating area inside but there are plenty of places to eat near the RIO. Though I like my bun, I noticed that the Cinnabons aren't rich and tasty as when they first started. It's hard to describe in a review, but if you're a regular, you'll know what I am talking about. However, I will pick this place over Cinnaholic which is in Crown, over on the other side. Aunt Ann's pretzels... idk last few times I've been here in the display case it looked overcooked. Check before buying. *** they are now located where Lilly Magillys cupcakes use to be.

When the location is open it is good but I frequently find that the doors remain locked until around 12pm.

We have been to this location before (usually before a movie) however, on multiple occasions, the store does not open on time. It's 11:12 and the store is still closed.

Fantastic! We are glad to have them in the area again. We hope they will soon deliver like other Cinnabon locations. Our visit today was great.

Excited to visit this new location. They ran out of Cinnabons & Minibons toward the end of the evening with a good amount of people still waiting in line for Cinnabons. No sign stating they were out - so we all wasted time waiting in line to find this out. The manager had ZERO initiative running the business. There were several boxes of 6pk or 8pk Cinnabons sitting on the shelf. As an owner of a business myself, I would've grabbed one or two boxes and heated the buns up for my stores new patrons. I will NOT be returning to this location based on the service alone. I'll drive 20 more minutes to Bethesda/Montgomery Mall location. Obviously they manager was not in the business to make money or have returning customers- and they've only been open for a few weeks. Ridiculous!
