Spring Mill Bread remains as a staple in this Moco community - I revisited after not having gone for a few years and remembered how good their bread is! I love their seven grain crunch and really, any of their other speciality loaves that you won't necessarily see everywhere else. They also have delicious pastries - and their scones are HUGE! This is a local bakery at the junction of Rt. 28 and Quince Orchard Blvd in west Gaithersburg. Run by a small staff, there is an incredible variety of bread and pastries. During the holidays there are special breads, rolls and pies. Orders are taken online.The area in front of the counter but people are courteous and wait their turns.There is no indoor seating and just two small tables in front of the store.Open 7 days a week, with reduced hours on the actual day of a holiday.
