I want to start off by saying this is my first bad experience at crumbl. I ordered 4 cookies and 2 were completely raw in the middle. I wasnt aware of this until getting home so there nothing I could do unless I drove back. The other 2 were not raw but sloppy and just not as appealing as what was advertised. I've had crumbl enough to know what to expect and this experience was just disappointing. Crumbl doesn't have a corporate so they tell you to reach out to the location itself. I emailed this location with photos of the raw cookies and 48 hours later I have yet to receive a response.
