They did a great job! Kimberly is a batista there and she was very nice and helpful to me. I ordered a peppermint mocha Frappuccino and she offered me a second one since it was busy. She is a great employee there.
I have yet to have a bad experience with the employees themselves. They’re nice.The only complaint is the music. I listen to most of the music they play myself, but I’m sorry, it’s not the same when it’s blasting early morning at a coffee shop. What makes it worse is the fact that they don’t even bother finding clean versions of the songs. So it’s 7am with cuss words just being tossed everywhere at high volume at a coffee shop lol. it’s starbucks, it’s coffee‼️ … but what makes this one stand out is the service… with a smile!first time at this location and overheard another customer saying that’s why i come to this location specifically, the customer service is exemplary!and i would have to agree after my experience there.parking is a bit tricky but there is paid street parking as well as garages around the area.
