Wasted 45 mins waiting for a Green Tea Frapp that I never got. I even had to ask twice to get my refund back! I was told the first time that they are making it now, but it was never even started. Seen everyone that was in the line behind me get their drinks. So, it's not that they were busy, I've seen it way busier. I live right next store, that's the ONLY reason I go in there. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a consistently fantastic restaurant with friendly staff and managers who provide amazing customer service. The baristas are great, attentive, and work hard to ensure accuracy. The coffee is delicious and freshly brewed, and the Strawberry Acaí refresher is always made correctly. The store itself is clean with plenty of seating, conveniently located off of I-66 with plenty of parking. The atmosphere is awesome, making it a wonderful place to enjoy an Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha or ice coffee. The service is quick, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. This coffee shop offers a lovely blend of friendliness, quality, and class.
