She takes back-to-back video calls for work and personal calls as well and speaks so loudly without consideration that she’s in a public space. I stopped by here on my way to the Italian store next-door. There’s this guy named Zach working at this location, who is absolutely fantastic. Top-tier thinker, empathetic, … all of the things. I was definitely frazzled from running my errands and he took my order with no issue and looked at me reassuringly that he got the order even though it was a complex one. Then he gave me a fun farewell which is not normal in the rush of your average Starbucks. Definitely...
The staff and manager were so nice. I couldn’t pick up my mobile order due to snow and they were kind enough to remake it a week later. Amazing customer service, highly recommended!
