PhoWheels, originally a food truck, has expanded to a prime location with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The menu offers a huge variety, making it hard to choose, but the pork belly tacos and OG Pork Belly on Roti are highly praised. The Viet Coffee, especially the sweet option, is a customer favorite. Parking is free on weekends and after 4pm.
