PhoWheels, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. PhoWheels has consistently amazing food, the friendliest staff in the world, and a totally unique fusion concept. I've had the pork belly tacos twice, the bo-khirria banh mi, and I just barely managed to make myself not order the pork belly tacos a third time so that I could try the oxtail pho tacos. Their pho was absolutely delicious - I liked it even more than the bo kho - and there was such a generous amount of oxtail in the tacos that I scooped part of it directly into the pho and just ate both dishes that way. Their meat is always so tender and well-seasoned. Their roti is perfect - so buttery and soft and flaky. It's worth every penny, and I'm always trying to convince people to try it. You won't regret it! Fair warning that the seating is all outdoors, so plan to get the food to go when the weather isn't nice, but it's a really convenient location right by the metro with plenty of parking around, so it's easy to get to, and the food travels well in my opinion. Eventually I'll manage to try everything on the menu, or maybe just order the pork belly tacos 14 more times.

If you've been to some DMV food festivals, you definitely should already know about PhoWheels ! They're known for their food truck with the cool paintjob , but did you know they have a storefront now in Arlington? Right at the National Landing Water Park , if you can't catch their food truck, you can get all their goodies at this storefront. I always get their Pork Belly Banh Mi , it's SO tasty. The tender pork with the fantastic bread , combined with the acidic veggies , such a great combination! The bread is a French Baguette with a nice crunch to it, it goes well with the light crisp on the carrots and sliced pickled radish, and the fall-apart tender grilled pork belly. On top of banh mi, you can of course get Pho , their delicious fried spring rolls, and some amazing Viet-Mexican fusion tacos as well ! PhoWheels was already a favorite to find at food festivals, but now that they have a consistent location, I definitely will be stopping by again.

The Pho-Khirria tacos were so delicious!!!! Perfect flavor and the mozzarella cheese was a great compliment to the meat and cilantro goodness of the broth. The egg rolls are big and crispy.

Had the braised oxtail pho, a Vietnamese coffee, and lychee martini. All excellent. Portions match the price.

I only write reviews for places that truly deserve it.... If you get the chance go to check out this place!! Awesome location, awesome customer service, and the Pho I had was to die for. The options are great as well! Something for everyone in the family. You can really tell that the ones who run PhoWheels care about the environment, taste, and customer. Thank you! I will be back!

(to go order) Loved that there was as little plastic packaging as possible.Pho was phenomenal, - you could tell the high quality of ingredients and the perfect flavors. Might be the best one in the area we have tried so far. (And we have tried almost all the pho places around dmv). Extra bonus points that they did not pre cook the noodles. That way they did not taste overcooked by the time we were ready to consume them.My husband got the oxtail pho cheesesteak banh mi and OMG it was the perfectly executed marriage between the two and even more. Strongly suggest to try out. Did I mention it was our first time trying oxtail and WOW. Where has this been all our life?

its my first time going here. I got the Viet coffee, Thai iced tea, Bo-Khirria eggrolls with broth, and the oxtail cheese steak banh mi. The drinks were exactly what I thought they should taste like, authentic and classic. The eggrolls were fire. I really enjoyed them more so with the sweet and sour sauce rather than the bo kho sauce, but either way it was really good and full of flavor. Although I also really enjoyed the oxtail banh mi, I think it could have used something extra like more greens (cucumbers to add crunchiness and soak up flavor or pickled veggies) to counter balance the richness of the oxtail. I met the owner of the establishment too, super cool! I really appreciate his creativity and intentions with opening up this restaurant. Looking forward to trying more!!

This is clearly the best spot at the entire Waterpark. First time so I gave the wings a try. They are extremely meaty and flavorful. There's a "but". They are pretty one note. I couldn't taste any garlic, give me a a shit ton more garlic please guys. And a hit of acid or maybe a lime wedge on the side. Or even a kick of heat, maybe some fresh Fresno chilies would really brighten it up. Wasn't sure about the dipping sauce, but it does work well. That being said, perfectly crispy, and moist inside. Their menu is fantastic and I can't wait to try everything. Bringing the wife back next week. The owners know how to treat people and deserve all the business. Well done Phowheels, and thank you

Absolute gem and must try for anyone visiting through the Pentagon City area! Located at The Water Park which is just a short walk from the mall, PhoWheelz offers a creative menu of all your Vietnamese food favorites. They have pho, eggrolls, bánh Mì, and Tacos all packed with flavors and guaranteed to satisfy your taste palette. We went with the Pho and Bo-Khirria tacos which were their house specials. The pho cup filled with generous amount of noodles, toppings, and meat. The broth is clear and a good balance of flavors. It's a little pricier than your average bowl of pho but worth a try. The tacos in general come with generous portions of meat and toppings and are wrapped up in a buttery flatbread. Definitely not good for those looking to cut some lbs but great for those looking for delicious and comforting food. The staff is incredibly friendly and fast with delivering your order. Shout out to Danny for taking and delivering orders with a big smile. It really makes the experience that much better. Already looking forward to the next visit.
