This was some of the best hot pot I have had in ages!! Both the soup bases (we got the bone broth + Chongqing) felt so authentic and rich, and there was such a large variety of different ingredients, it felt so worth it!! The skewers were absolutely delicious as well.

Arguably the best hotpot in town! The owner John is incredibly sweet and really helped out with our first time being at Supreme Hot Pot. He recommended a green broth (i really wish I remembered the name) and it seriously was a broth I have never had anywhere before and tasted awesome. The meat and veggies were fresh, and the options on their menu truly felt like an authentic hotpot experience. Please give this place a shot!
I honestly didn't expect to enjoy this place as much as I did. The food was fresh, there were so many choices, and everything tasted great. I liked that I could make my own sauce and cook everything just the way I wanted.
The staff is friendly and quick to refill items, and the place was clean even though it was busy. The whole experience felt relaxed, and we ended up staying longer than we planned because we were having such a good time.
