Well simmered broth. Large portion. It's part of JINYA Holdings so you know the quality is consistent.The setup at location has the feel of a sport bar on the bar side adjacent to the food court. Though dimly lit, it had a nice ambiance and not too loud.
I’m somewhat of a regular at this Jinya due to the close proximity to the ice rink. Great spot for happy hour specials if you’re only looking for a beer and a snack. If you’re looking for something more substantial, the gyoza and shrimp apps, and the Tonkotsu Spicy (hot!) have never let us down! Gerson, behind the bar does an awesome job looking after us every time we’re in.
