Always delicious traditional Egyptian fare. My Egyptian husband makes me drive two hours just to eat here. Although the food is delicious and healthy, my fav thing is the mint lemonade which they make by hand.
The outside is worn down and not very inviting but everything changed once inside. Bright, clean, interior and I was greeted warmly.
I had the Koshary and the server explained the traditional way of eating it. I followed his advice and was amazed by the flavors and textures.
