I've been to dozens of Ethiopian restaurants in the DMV, Balagger is one of the best you will find. They serve you frosty ice cold glasses, with delicious fresh draft beer. All the beef Tips are fantastic, especially the Zil & Awaze. The fried fish is fantastic. The vibe is great, and the service is friendly and first class.
