Absolutely atrocious, incompetent service. The kiosks are all broken -- they can't take payment, and they don't print a receipt, so when you go to the counter to pay, nobody has any idea what is going on. That's even when they man the counter -- you might have to wait ten minutes before they notice there's a customer. They've also lately been giving meals to other people and straight up messing up orders. Like I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal, because they apparently just...read full review

Only person in the drive thru at 10:50 and I just ordered one double cheeseburger. The Guy at the window asked me to pull up to the pick up spot. They forgot about me and had to run in after I see 3 cars drive pass me and get their food. Also I was the only in the restaurant when I walked in and I still had to do the most to get someone’s attention.

Terrible customer service, the corporation has to do something about it, one is not going to ask for such poor service, one of the supervisors who served me threw the food at me, I told her I'm going to talk to your boss, she told me that she didn't care, definitely not. I will buy there again ????????
