Got McD's lunch today and ordered a Deluxe Quarter Pounder with Cheese and to try their spicy chicken nuggets - 6 pcs crispy coating of cayenne and chili pepper. It really didn't needed the spicy dipping sauce, the coating was pretty hot as is.
It's a McDonald's it's only going to be so good. I saw the reviews about rude staff and luckily that was not my experience but maybe because I didn't go inside. While I don't care for much on the menu I do enjoy a McDonald's breakfast usually the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel or the sausage Mcgriddle, they really are hard to mess up. At most they have forgotten my creamer once or twice which is quite annoying but all in all it's fast food it will never be outstanding or perfect.
Had a complaint on food. I raised the same on McDonald feedback site but nothing happened. It looks overall standard of the chain is deteriorating. The staff was not at all cooperative and welcoming at this outlet!

McDonald's offers a quick and accurate drive-through service with polite and efficient employees. The restaurant is clean and well cared for, with an ice cream machine that sometimes works. Customers appreciate the addition of smoothies to the menu, which are cost-effective. The coffee is tasty and has less caffeine compared to Starbucks, making it a popular choice. The mornings on weekdays, staff working at the drive-through are very competent, respectful, and demure. Food is always tasty, on time, and the order is put correctly, earning high praise. The atmosphere is relaxing, especially when sitting near the window and watching traffic go by on Arlington Boulevard. Overall, the food is fresh, and the service and atmosphere are good, making it a convenient and affordable place to dine. Parking is shared with other establishments within the outside mall, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The location is close to Falls Church High School, so there are often students sitting inside. Sometimes, ordering online can lead to missing ingredients, but the overall experience remains positive.
