There’s a guy that works here with greasy hair and I guess he’s homeless cause his stuff is all over the place in the dining room. I feel bad for the guy but when he’s touching my food or hovering around it just makes me really uncomfortable. I was also there when he had a fight with one of the managers and I guess she quit cause I don’t see her anymore. The food is okay, but I’m more hesitant eating it when he’s here. I’m mixed cause I feel bad for the guy but if he’s this dirty and grumpy almost every time I come in, I’m wondering why he’s handling food?

They only this star because it’s the only way I can say this… the manager there is a complete liar they are rude and very disrespectful… no way I tell you my food was wrong and you say as a manager I should have kept food for 2 days to wait until I come back here and lie in the phone that my food would be replaced only to lie and say you don’t see the order…. Service all bad travel further before going here

When I was picking up my order at the window, the man that gave me my food was in a really dirty hoodie with really greasy hair. It was actually really gross and made me kinda unappetizing. when I said thank you, he literally just stared at me and grunted which made me so uncomfortable. Really throughout the whole experience. He was just really scary.

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Doesn’t even deserve a on 1 star! I had redeemed a reward and used a deal, which I can do and done multiple times at McDonald’s. This extremely rude employee white old man with a beard at the drive in window got his “manager”, assuming he didn’t know how to handle this misunderstanding, which was just as rude and had such a nasty attitude as the employee. He disgustingly said I wasn’t allowed todo that and that I can go somewhere else when all I was doing was explaining to him if they can’t do that if I could just get my points that I redeemed back. It was an Indian man working around 11:10pm on 1/29/24. Was talking over me, called me a bit*h and said I can go somewhere else. It’s so crazy how you guys have that rude man managing that place as well as representing McDonald’s. Is that how you guys wanted to be recognized by guests!!? And I didn’t even get my points back so upset worst McDonald’s service ever!! THAT MAN SHOULD BE FIRED!! Definitely reaching out to corporate first thing tomorrow morning.

Beyond getting the order right, I typically temper my expectations when going to any McDonald's. Usually, I only go when my wife is out of town and the kids ask for it. This McDonald's is the closest, but not by much, so I I tend to go there when I do go. The food is what you'd expect, of course, but the past few times something has been wrong with my order, even when I place the order on the app to the drive-thru. From part of the order outright missing to getting the order wrong (e.g. getting a fully loaded burger when my son wanted it plain). I'm not interested in another 20-minute round trip visit with the kids in tow for them to try and fix it or refund it. This particular McDonald's should be avoided.

Service was terrible. Was told to wait in the parking lot for order, waited for 30mins just to be told they aren't serving breakfast anymore. And refunded to give refund on order
