First time at Guapo's and I really enjoyed it! I loved that they had a nice large vegan and vegetarian section. I love fajitas but there are never vegetarian options. Guapo's has two! Vegetable fajitas and portobello mushroom fajitas. I got the portobello and they were delicious. Service was so quick and attentive, our drinks came out so fast! Had a business lunch last week. The food was good and the staff attentive. The chips and guacamole were very tasty. I liked my birria tacos, but the dipping sauce seemed a bit salty.
