Terrible customer service

The person taking orders at the drive-thru had an extremely poor attitude and showed absolutely no courtesy or professionalism while taking my order. The way this employee interacted with customers made it feel like they were doing us a favor by serving us.

She was an absolute ray of sunshine during my visit: warm, kind, and genuinely attentive in a way that made my whole experience better.
