Despite some issues reported in the past, such as incorrect orders and challenges with special requests, the overall experience has improved. The restaurant is the largest Five Guys in NoVA, offering a better environment compared to some other locations. Customers enjoy the fresh and delicious food, including burgers, fries, and strawberry Oreo smoothies. While some note that wages could be better, many appreciate the effort the staff puts into providing good service and maintaining cleanliness.
