I came in to pick up my order & it wasn’t finished so I had to remind them a few times. my doctor called as I was walking in and I had to put it on speaker for a second to put something in my calendar & the employee shushed me & my phone. I don’t rly like being shushed. I know he’s just overworked cus nobody else was rly on his level but like pls don’t shush me. I wanted to run in & out, I’m only standing here on the phone cus u said the order was ready...

I go to this Starbucks just about every day, but plan to stop due to the inconsistency.

Their credit card machine is out of order at least 2-3 times a month, which is frustrating.

The drink quality is inconsistent- sometimes it tastes fine, other times it tastes like an ashtray, literally. Theres been times I get home and have to dump my drink because it tastes so bad. Waste of money.

Not to mention a few of the baristas...

Expedient service. It was a quiet atmosphere to get some work done on my laptop. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms as well as overall dining area. I like that they have couches and different sized comfy chairs.
