Amazing gelato experience!

The waffle tasted incredibly fresh, and the pistachio kunafa flavor had the perfect crunch without being overly sweet—really well balanced. The hazelnut ice cream was rich and delicious as well.

Portion-wise, I do feel the second scoop could be slightly more generous for the price, but the quality definitely makes up for it.

Venchi is so delicious! I wanted ice cream on Sunday but it was busy so I came on Monday. I met Joseph, who was incredibly welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. I was considering leaving because the prices are on the higher side, and I usually prefer to share with my daughter. But Joseph’s customer service changed my mind entirely. He took the time to explain how the gelato is imported and shared details with such passion and care that I couldn’t walk away.

I came to the Venchi Tysons Store as soon as they opened, since I love high quality Italian chocolate. My experience with Joseph, your Tysons manager, has been so astounding, far beyond any experience I have had at any Venchi store in Manhattan or chocolatier I have ever been to in Italy, Switzerland and France. I decided to write a review, which I rarely do, so chocolate lovers do not miss out on the Joseph experience at Tysons Venchi!
