Soup was like water. Food was just fair. Tables are dirty & I never saw anyone ever wipe any table the entire lunchtime I was there. The ladies room was dirty & latch on stall was broken. I will take my $ elsewhere.
panera can be iffy at times but this panera in particular is great. the service is fast and the drinks and food tasted like every other panera bread restaurant. however i will be coming back the customer service was

I usually go to the Frederick Panera and I have to say this one blows that one out of the water! First of all, it’s super clean. No tables left unwiped, it smelt good and clean. But the food! 10x better! I usually get a cup of French onion and the caprese melt and what a world of difference. They didn’t hold back on any of the ingredients for the sandwich and it was made with so much more care! I will definitely start coming here more often!
