I ordered delivery for myself and my kiddo's dinner tonight and my sandwich was incorrect (everything else was fine). I filled out the customer survey on the receipt and within MINUTES I got an email about a full refund! I would have been happy with maybe just a free sandwich coupon, but you all went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you!
This location has very good customer service. They are so kind, polite and nice to talk with. I appreciate there good energy. The food is great quality and always taste fresh. I usually get the veggie melt and a soup (either loaded potato or cheddar broccoli). I highly recommend!
A shame! $11.49 after tax for an original Avo Turkey, explaining four times the toppings and dressing. Their sign says Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and she had no clue. The manager says Ranch.
Bottom line, no taste…maybe get Italian seasonings next time???
