This location has very good customer service. They are so kind, polite and nice to talk with. I appreciate there good energy. The food is great quality and always taste fresh. I usually get the veggie melt and a soup (either loaded potato or cheddar broccoli). I highly recommend!

A shame! $11.49 after tax for an original Avo Turkey, explaining four times the toppings and dressing. Their sign says Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and she had no clue. The manager says Ranch.
Bottom line, no taste…maybe get Italian seasonings next time???

If you haven’t been to this particular Potbellies, you need to stop by. I can’t speak for all shifts, but the daytime team is absolutely amazing. We call them the dream team. Not only are the sandwiches delicious, (I highly recommend the Avo Turkey and the BLTA), the people themselves are rock stars. Everyone from the manager down to the person working the cash register are friendly, efficient, and do a great job. Not to mention that the restaurant itself is super clean. Today...
