This was my first time at this pot belly. After eating most of my sandwich, I realized the bread was moldy. I called and spoke to a woman who said she was the manager. She didn't seem very interested. I asked for a refund and she said she would refund me. There was no apology at all and after stating she would process the refund, she pretty much hung up on me. Not very good food or customer service.

Now that's a HOAGIE !! If you're following me along, you can see I've been trying different places in the neighborhood. EXCEPTIONAL sandwiches ! This one's a keeper ! Impressive and filling. These sandwiches were packed, and I actually needed both hands. Check out these pictures. Meats and cheeses sliced perfectly. Onions, tomatoes, lettuce all very fresh. Instructions followed as ordered. I enjoy mayo, red roasted peppers, and hot peppers, too ! I liked the bread, not too hard, not too soft it was just right. They were delivered in a timely matter. Online ordering - very easy. Being new to Leesburg I am happy to find a place to get really good sandwiches. I'll be back ! Thank you...

Be careful, they rip you off. They charged me 10$ extra, then told me they credited it but they never did. Just be careful if you go here and check your bill. Not sure if the cashiers are steeling the money or what.

We had delivery by door dash but a shake was missing. The store had a worker deliver the shake without even having to call. This is going above and beyond. The food was exceptional and made the family gathering a pleasant time. This is a diamond in the ruff of all the places you can get lunch from.
