“I joined a friend and treated her to dinner at this location. We both enjoyed different options of the pick 2 with salads and half sandwiches. We used the electronic option to look at the menu and choose our dinners without feeling any time pressure. While I feel that Panera is not the value it used to be, it still offers some good soup, sandwich, salad, and treat options. I know it is always going to be good food. I gave it four stars for atmosphere only because there was no cleaning of tables between guests and it would have been nice to have been able to sit down to a freshly cleaned tabletop. There were employees standing against the wall but they didn't appear to be doing anything, so why not bus the tables?“

“Stopped in last week and was overwhelmed with the options. I should have looked at the menu before I came in but it was a good problem to have. Very glad I found this place. Vigia was sweet, patient and a very welcoming employee at the register. I got the chicken Milano and it was 10/10. I ate it there and got a small sandwich to go (ham and Swiss) and couldn't have been happier with my early morning dining experience. The place is quiet and located in an office building. I have to try the rest of the menu..especially the bulgogi special. Whomever is behind this concept has done an excellent job and the employees are great at what they do.“

“We travel a lot for youth sports and breakfast is our favorite meal. We usually end up going to a different place each morning, but this cafe was delicious that we came right back. The iced coffees were tasty and the breakfast food was solid. They have classics, but then have fun specials too. We did a day of each and both were superb. The service was solid too and I’d highly recommend the place.“

“Thank you for opening an outpost 10 minutes from my house. Service is always great and love the food. Today I had the Bacado Omelet which was great. Also took an order of the Lemon Blueberry Cornbread to go. It’s something for the table to share - or if you’re solo to eat over 3 or 4 days.

I frequently get the Traditional. Friends love the Lemon Ricotta pancakes.

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Went in to eat with my boys and wasn't acknowledged at all by the server who was standing right at the front. When she did acknowledge me she was not friendly at all. I told her 3. then she told me I can sit wherever. there was 2 tables open. one way in the back and one in front. I choose the one in front then she said I can't sit there. I said you said I can sit wherever. she walked away and told one of the guys in the back who proceeded to yell and tell me I can't sit there and they have big tops coming in. I understand this but I am 8 MONTHS PREGNANT! YOU WANTED ME TO SQUEEZE IN THE WAY BACK!? excuse me for wanting to be comfortable while I eat. will NEVER come here. completely ruined my morning! my boys were crying because they wanted to eat and we had to leave.“

“This is my new favorite place to eat in Ellicott City! First of all the food is incredible. The garlic sauce we ordered as an appetizer alone would have satisfied me but the food just keep getting better. So fresh and so flavorful!! The owner introduced himself and made us feel so welcome. Their story is incredible! The ambiance was absolutely lovely. They had live musicians who were extremely talented and added a tone that was fun and enjoyable but not at all overwhelming or too loud. “I used to get food from their Charter Drive location all the time, and when it closed I was so disappointed , until I found them again at Lakeside Deli! I’m so happy I can start my day with their breakfast again. They even know my order as soon as I call in, which makes it feel so personal. “The staff at the Laurel First Watch are so wonderful. The hostess with glasses is always very friendly and upbeat, I once saw her doing sick yo-yo tricks for a child to make them smile. It made us smile too. One of the waitresses always recognizes us and gives us a warm welcome. Every staff member we have interacted with has been so friendly, and our order always comes out perfect & in a timely manner.

P.S. I also REALLY appreciate the coffee for people on the waitlist!! It dramatically increases my patience to wait for a table LOL.“

“I frequently order from this Panera Bread location due to its convenience to my workplace. Today, I placed a delivery order, and while DoorDash picked up the food and marked it as delivered, I did not receive my order.

I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Anthony. He explained that once the order is picked up by DoorDash, the store has limited control over the delivery process. Anthony kindly assisted by contacting DoorDash with me on the line; however, the call was disconnected. When I called back, he informed me that DoorDash offered either a refund or a redelivery. Since I was unable to confirm my preference due to the dropped call, he requested that another driver be sent.

Unfortunately, DoorDash did not follow through with sending a second driver. Anthony even took the initiative to follow up with me to check whether my order had been delivered. When it became clear that it had not, he went above and beyond by arranging for one of Panera Bread’s in-house delivery staff to personally deliver my order.

I truly appreciate Anthony’s exceptional customer service and commitment to ensuring a positive experience. His responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Anthony, for your outstanding support.“

“Bill‘s hazelnut cream coffee beans are the best! We have moved all over Maryland and even to Florida over the past decade, but continue to have him ship us 4 pounds at a time. I’m not sure we’d be able to get up in the morning without it! Wonderfully responsive service.“

“One of the hidden gem bubble tea places around, and it sets itself apart from the generic bbt places with their cheese slush drinks. There is a very generous amount of cheese foam, and although the drinks are a bit more expensive than other places, the quality is much better and the options are interesting. I especially like the Passion fruit cheese slush and the Grape cheese slush!“
