Just left Fulton store most of the tables were dirty and there was food on the floor ,been there three times and never seen it like that
Girl at register didn't know what she was doing. Couldn't count money her nails were so long she couldn't even pick up the money off the counter. At 10:30 am had no plain bagels and very little of other flavors. My friend ordered a cinnamon swirl one paid for it (had 2 left) after waiting 5 minutes was told they had no more and to order something else.
I’ve been coming to Panera Bread regularly for lunch, and I always appreciate the friendly service. I especially want to thank Ben for being so kind and helpful.
One time, my chicken sandwich wasn’t quite like it usually is, so I called the store. Ben was very understanding and offered to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. He also has such a great personality and is genuinely kind and welcoming in person.

The dining area can get messy during busy times, which is understandable. The restaurant has made efforts to switch to paper straws, though some find them unsatisfactory. Recently, some customers have noted long wait times at the drive-thru, which can take up to 25 minutes, making it less convenient and less environmentally friendly due to idling cars. One customer mentioned that the summer poppyseed salad was soggy and overly sweet, with an incorrect substitution of iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. Despite these issues, Panera Bread remains a popular place for a quick meal or snack.
