One time, my chicken sandwich wasn’t quite like it usually is, so I called the store. Ben was very understanding and offered to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. He also has such a great personality and is genuinely kind and welcoming in person.

“I spend over $250 a month here. Most of the staff know me because I come in so often. The service is typically very good. Carlos, the manager is very friendly and always gives great service. Along with some of the older staff. But some of the younger staff need further training on proper customer service. Twice now, I’ve gone there, with the same individuals, and asked for a bag for my food. Instead of assisting me, they put the food on the counter and point me to the bags, saying, “they are over there!” I find that very distasteful and in poor taste for a frontline person serving the public. Part of the customer experience is assisting the customer. I worked retail for many years and always made sure my customers were satisfied. That kind of service is unacceptable!“

“I had an amazing experience at Nash & Smashed! The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I brought a group of friends with me, and every single one of them loved their meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

“My Family and I stopped here because we love Greek food and heard this was authentic Greek food. First thing I tried was the calamari appetizer, as we are from Louisiana and love our seafood. The calamari hands down was the best I have ever had. The texture, the flavor, everything about it was fantastic. You can get that kind of quality in a 5 Star restaurant. Next home made fry’s, absolutely delicious. Don’t left me forget the Spanakopita, first time hearing it and eating and also fell in love with it. I had the Big Fat Gyro lamb, as well as my son and wife. Again another fantastic dish. Full of flavor and the size of these are huge so you’re getting a great deal. My wife also order a platter of Souvlaki and a Gyro platter as well for us to try. Completely delicious. Hands down such a great place. I will definitely be coming back my next trip. “This is a very authentic Yunnan style noodle spot. I'm Chinese and this style of cuisine was new even to me and my dinner party. If you like spicy food, then you should come here. If not, just be sure to ask your servers for help. It's a very casual spot, and there were a lot of families eating here. The noodles were very good, and all of the ingredients and toppings were fresh. If you are new to Chinese food or looking for more of the standards (e.g. fried rice, beef and broccoli, etc.) then take a close look at the menu before coming here to make sure there will be something you like.“

“The food here is amazing. I can't believe how good it is. My friend and I had mushroom cheesesteaks - excellent, fries - that were the perfect combination of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside good, and chocolate cake so fabulously rich that we split one piece and were satisfied. I can't wait to try other stuff on the menu!“

“I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich a couple weeks ago. Thought it was fantastic. We did it again last night and was super disappointed. I don't know if we ordered something incorrectly or it was made wrong. It seemed like there was no sauce at all. but we have ordered several times since then so 🤷 one off night but that sandwich has become my go to when ordering there.“

“We visited at 6:30 on a Friday night at thr end of June and while the restaurant was busy, we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated as a table of four. Our server Brittny was friendly, attentive and checked in regularly. The one thing that was a little off was the timing of the food. The bread sticks came out, then the child's meal, then the salad, then the appetizer, then the main meals. The food was good. It's a chain restaurant so nothing was great, but it was all good. Overall a good experience.“

“Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

A few days ago I was unsure of how to use the app so instead I called in an order. “This has been my go-to Chick-fil-A ever since I moved to the area about five years ago. Not only is it the closest location, but in my long life (and my way too many Chick-fil-A visits 😅), this one is hands down the best.

The food quality and preparation are always top-tier, but it is really the staff that sets this place apart. They are always smiling. Always kind. And yes, I know that is typical for Chick-fil-A, but something about this location just feels different. It is better. It feels more intentional. They know and recognize the community here which is something you don’t typically get in franchise spaces. It’s just truly special.

In a time when the world just feels and looks so bad - it’s nice to have a spot that is simply - good. Thank you to the staff here for all you do and please know how much my puppy loves y’all too!

I also ordered the collard greens, which had a nice smoky flavor without being overly salty. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot. The food was good overall, although I thought the seasoning on the chicken could have been a little stronger.“

“I frequently order from this Panera Bread location due to its convenience to my workplace. Today, I placed a delivery order, and while DoorDash picked up the food and marked it as delivered, I did not receive my order.

I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Anthony. He explained that once the order is picked up by DoorDash, the store has limited control over the delivery process. Anthony kindly assisted by contacting DoorDash with me on the line; however, the call was disconnected. When I called back, he informed me that DoorDash offered either a refund or a redelivery. Since I was unable to confirm my preference due to the dropped call, he requested that another driver be sent.

Unfortunately, DoorDash did not follow through with sending a second driver. Anthony even took the initiative to follow up with me to check whether my order had been delivered. When it became clear that it had not, he went above and beyond by arranging for one of Panera Bread’s in-house delivery staff to personally deliver my order.

I truly appreciate Anthony’s exceptional customer service and commitment to ensuring a positive experience. His responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Anthony, for your outstanding support.“
