The people working at this location have exactly two brain cells shared between the team. Tell me why I ordered a turkey sandwich and they quite literally gave me all veggies and no turkey. Just bread and rabbit food basically. Idk how you forget the core ingredient in a sandwich, but it’s time to take away the blinkers and fix the education system because there’s no way a sober, educated person made that meal. Also, the last time I went to this location, they told me that they “don’t sell mac and cheese bread bowl” meanwhile, I’m sitting there looking at it on the menu….I don’t even care if this is a “karen” compliant because based on the other reviews, this location cleanliness is equivalent to a nyc subway seat.

We ordered two Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT for me and my husband, as always missing this and missing that, after good 30 minutes waiting we got our order ( takeout) absolutely disappointed about the quality , soggy bread, only few pieces of turkey. I try this location when they just opened, this is not the same Panera bread, poor food quality, poor service, poor MANAGEMENT. Stay away and save your money.Parking: no comment

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich, a diet soda, mac and cheese, and 2 cookies.I got home and noticed they gave me regular soda. On the second bite of my sandwich I pulled out a 5 inch hair. I'm done.I immediately returned to the store. I stood in line for a few minutes, then returned the sandwich and soda and asked for a refund, which they provided.However, I would have thought I would have received an apology, an offer to remake the food, or anything for my trouble. Nope. Not even a simple "sorry for the issue". Nothing. And zero concessions on my now cold mac & cheese.I don't usually write bad reviews, but this experience was worthy of one.I will not return.

Absolute worst Panera you’ll ever go to in terms of service and food. My last 3 orders have items missing.Please make sure you check order is complete before you walk out. They always forget the bakery items.I continue to go here hoping they’ll better, but it’s been a year. ?

The quality at this location has really gone down! I drove all the way here from Olney because I had the same quality issue at the store near me. We typically eat here a couple nights a month. We ordered takeout a few nights back. My husband got a turkey bacon sandwich. On one occasion, the sandwich had only one slice of Turkey in it! One slice in a $10 sandwich!! The other time, they had not cut the sandwich, rather it looked like the person making the sandwich tore the bread in half! My sandwich was supposed to be toasted and both times, it was barely toasted. That can be overlooked. The chicken however, tasted like it was not fresh, it had the taste of old chicken heated over in a microwave. Needless to say, that went in the trash. That is either laziness or negligence. I understand they serve a lot of people and they have to work fast, but this is just ridiculous. I think I may be moving away from this chain entirely.
