“I used to get food from their Charter Drive location all the time, and when it closed I was so disappointed , until I found them again at Lakeside Deli! I’m so happy I can start my day with their breakfast again. They even know my order as soon as I call in, which makes it feel so personal. “We came in on a whim & so glad we did. We were seated immediately & greeted warmly by an amazing waitress. Food was brought out quickly & was such a good serving size. “One employee, Parissa, is the one major difference between our visit about five months ago and today. My spouse and I stayed there for most of the afternoon and could not help but notice what a difference she was making.
Parissa promptly clears tables and keeps the dining area clean around the clock while keeping a positive attitude. For the first time, we were actually content with the facilities. The restroom, although old, was kept quite clean today. We are positively amazed.
Last time we dined there was about 5 months ago and the dinning staff was different. The dining area was dirty. Tables were left with previous customers’ dirty plates for over thirty minutes, and the restrooms were not well kept.
Thank you, Parissa. I hope management understands how valuable you are. Next time we come to la Madeleine we hope it is during your shift, because at least we know we will have a wonderful experience.“

My thoughts : it's comfort food, simple, and filling. Erroneously labeled "mall Chinese" in my household, we keep coming back. If only the mall stayed open past 8pm.“
