Alex and Tommy were great! Excellent customer service!
Thaddieus and Mustafa Took care of me and my coworkers. Food was fresh off the grill and they showed exceptional customer service As well as hospitality I do appreciate both of them. They were running the show and was it the best show I’ve ever experienced at Jersey Mike’s, yes it was.
This was back on June 18, and I’m just now leaving a review lol. But, the manager that day (I think his name was Alex) was awesome! I mentioned a problem that had not been resolved at the Purcellville store, and corporate was annoying to get help from. However, it was Alex? who solved the minor issue in a few minutes for me. Super nice person and really should be in a higher position with the company. Maybe corporate could learn from him. Thanks again!

Jersey Mike's Subs is a sandwich restaurant with an atmosphere that has been described as just "fine." The staff is generally reported to be kind and efficient, and the boys looked to be having a long night but were kind enough to make sandwiches before closing. The restaurant is praised for putting a good amount of meat and cheese on their sandwiches, and the cheesesteaks, like the Big Kahuna, are specifically mentioned as being tasty with plenty of grilled mushrooms, onions, and peppers, with jalapeños for more flavor. Ordering a sandwich dressed Mike's Way includes a big dose of salt atop already highly salted prepared meats. The dining space is clean and pleasant, but the bathrooms are consistently like a gas station failthy, with a request to get a professional company to do a deep clean. Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs is known for its tasty, freshly made sandwiches.
