Atmosphere and food were fine. 2 employees were there, one was sweeping and the other was taking orders/cooking, neither greeted and both had earbuds in. Waited quite a while to have my order taken.l despite no one being in line. Very rough communication from the employee who eventually took my order. Seemed like he wanted to leave or was ready to go.

I’ve been coming here off and on since 2021 and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is kind and makes the sandwiches in a timely order and they always taste very good. Sometimes they can be a little slow, but that’s because they do catering and if catering involves hot sandwiches, they need time to cook them. They also put a good amount of meat and cheese on my sandwiches and the cheesesteaks I sometimes get are also very tasty. I highly recommend coming here as Jersey Mike’s is my favorite chain of sandwich restaurants. They also do a good job at keeping the place clean and sanitary, which is good to see as well.

We ordered 3 steaks hot subs tonight to go. When we opened them at home, two of them were chicken instead of steaks! Extremely disappointed and it was not worse to go back far away to different town to exchange them. We were very hungry and tired at that moment! Extremely disappointed!!! I called them back at the store and someone said to call back tomorrow and they cannot do anything about it. So, we ordered 2 Chipotle Cheese Steaks but instead got 2 chicken subs without Chipotle sauce, no grilled onions, no grilled peppers, and very little chicken meat! Not recommending this location to anyone!!!((

Bland and they don't give you much meat

I ordered a sub and the employee began to make the sub by cutting the sub roll. He had the sanitary gloves on. Then the cordless phone rang and he answered it and held the phone with the gloves on and then with those same gloves went back to making my sandwich. He held the meat with the potentially germy gloves. Phones have germs. For sanitary purposes, he should have put on new gloves after holding the phone. About 2 days later I had stomach issues. This could have come from anywhere of course but regardless I will likely not be going back there. The sub tasted okay.

Worst experience at any restaurant ever! They had 4 kids working today that didn't know what they were doing. They were throwing food at each other and playing around while there was a massive line after the lunch rush. DON'T GO TO THIS ONE, THE LONGER DRIVE IS WORTH IT!!!

I visit this location every few weeks with my family of four. This week we had a 10/10 visit, prompting me to leave a review today. Since I have little ones, my order is not very straightforward and all three employees were patient, friendly and incredibly competent and fast. I didn't feel like a burden or the pain with all the modifications and that goes really far when you need to order for two kids under six and your own sandwich and your husbands sandwich. The team they had working on New Year's Eve around 11am was the best we've encountered so far.Kid-friendliness: You can get a kids meal without the bread and they will cut it up into little pinwheels for you! It's basically what they do for a sub and a bowl, kids love this! Jersey Mike's is really sleeping on advertising this as a benefit! My daughter ate two so next time we're getting a mini without the bread.

This place is ran by kids, they have no customer service skills. The one kid handle my sandwich like he was trash and rap it worse than garbage. I even had to said something, and even complaining they wouldn't do it right or apologized.I recommend everyone in Leesburg not to go to this Jersey Mike's if you one something done right.

I ordered online for pickup. Two sandwiches and a bowl. I requested all toppings for sandwiches be packaged separately. I picked up the order and took it home and all the lettuce was browning. It was disgusting. Have been here many times over the years. Generally good. This was the worst experience I've had. I threw all the lettuce out. Won't be going there again.

Seemed that they were struggling to complete orders in a timely fashion. I was told that they were training 2 staff and those that were patient were given a discount. The manager did what he could to make all who were getting subs happy. The food is pretty good but I have no idea what is going on with the workers. I had to repeat my order several times, even while the guy was making it he kept asking what I ordered. Then someone else started helping out and asked me several times what I was getting. The other guy wrapped up the part of my order he was working on and didn’t ask if I wanted to add anything else to it, which I did, but I dropped it. Then the cashier asked me several times what I ordered and I said 2 kids meals, etc. and he only gave me one drink. This place is a disaster.
