“Quick food prep. And good portions. However both of our orders were delivered without our lemonade freezes. When we asked for the first one they gave it to us no problem. For the second one we had more trouble and they had to check our order. Then they gave us the wrong flavor.“
“Shout-out to the staff at this hard-working Arby's. We arrived about 1:30 PM on a holiday weekend (Saturday); a tour bus had just arrived on top of the extra holiday visitors. The store was slammed; the line was maybe thirty people long.Shout-out to all the staff for working as feverishly and as warmly as they could. Caden was running the register. He was polite with people; he took my coupon and got it entered accurately; well done. Ms. Delilah was giving people their food and cleaning the place; in spite of how busy she was, she asked me if she could get any additional sauces for me or anything; she was on top of it. She greeted people as they came in and bid them have a good day as they left.Ms. Alexis was managing the store during all this, prioritizing orders, delegating tasks, all that.Throughout the experience, they were kind, warm, and hard-working. When the crowd left, they went through the restaurant and cleaned the tables, restocked straws and napkins and condiments, and brought the place back into tip-top shape.Very impressive.“
“I called early in the morning asking about their buckets and the worker told me she would remind her manager about what I needed. And, not going to lie, I doubted that they would remember!Hours later I come to the drive thru and the manager remembered what his coworker told him and that meant a lot. “I asked that my sub be made Mike's Way with light on the oil. The worker was too busy having a conversation with another worker and soaked my sandwich with oil. I looked at him and said "I asked for light on the oil", he commented "oh well, you're still going to eat it".I will turn around and walk out if that worker is making sandwiches. There's a Subway across the street.“

“The food was spot on but the Sprite machine always tasted like it hadn't been changed the service was ok but no communication in that kitchen so they had like 3 orders done and ready but the 3 people who were before me didn't get their food because of confusion in the kitchen so my food was hot but the people before me wasn'“
“We went back for dinner the same day we had breakfast so I could try the spicy chicken sandwich. That sandwich was just as good as the breakfast sandwich we had that morning. I only wish they would bring back the salad bar they used to have.“
“We came to this place on our way to North Carolina just to get a quick bite to eat, and we ordered the butter chicken, chanay, and veg pulao, and they were delicious. The best part was the naan, which was fresh, and brought straight from the tandoor. It was soft, warm, and crispy. If you are traveling through western Virginia, you should definitely stop to get some good food here.“
“We ordered a big box and for as many times as we have had pizza hut in the past, this is the first time we enjoyed a perfectly cooked, tender crust, no grease, crispy crust bottom, etc. Your store should be training other stores how to make their pizza, because yours is by far the best we have ever tried!!
