“Shout-out to the staff at this hard-working Arby's. We arrived about 1:30 PM on a holiday weekend (Saturday); a tour bus had just arrived on top of the extra holiday visitors. The store was slammed; the line was maybe thirty people long.Shout-out to all the staff for working as feverishly and as warmly as they could. Caden was running the register. He was polite with people; he took my coupon and got it entered accurately; well done. Ms. Delilah was giving people their food and cleaning the place; in spite of how busy she was, she asked me if she could get any additional sauces for me or anything; she was on top of it. She greeted people as they came in and bid them have a good day as they left.Ms. Alexis was managing the store during all this, prioritizing orders, delegating tasks, all that.Throughout the experience, they were kind, warm, and hard-working. When the crowd left, they went through the restaurant and cleaned the tables, restocked straws and napkins and condiments, and brought the place back into tip-top shape.Very impressive.“

“Just want to give props to these hard workers at this location! A young lady helped me at the register (Christmas lights in her hair) and several others obviously working hard on CHRISTMAS EVE. I just want to say how grateful I am to of been able to get food here while traveling a 7 hour trip and honestly forgetting we needed food on a holiday evening. They were so nice and hard working and you could see that.
I did wonder how they would make it out of work on time the way things were set up and I hope they do! They deserve to be with their family too so I hope they get out on time this Christmas Evening💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜“

“My lower review was over 3 years ago. I have completely changed my view since then. All I could say is that the service is now fast and friendly and of course the chicken is always delicious.
This KFC on Reservoir Rd in Woodstock Va, is the worst one I’ve ever been to but hey if you want to wait up to 40 minutes like we did even after ordering online and arriving a few minutes early before the pick up time given after payment confirmation, ( we waited in the drive thru for 39 minutes ) and then be rudely treated as if it was our fault for the extreme slow service by the young woman at the pick up window like we were, we’ll then go for it.“

“I've always had great, quick food here but today the staff was just wonderful. They were delayed in bringing out my order (4 kids here) and the manager went out of his way to offer us extra on the house. I was amazed, it was unnecessary being just a delay but I deeply appreciate his generosity and the friendliness of the staff overall.
I've been here at different times of the day and service has always been great. Will definitely come here again!“
