We usually have a pretty good experience, except for maybe a missing sauce or two. We found out last night after placing our order that Door Dash would be delivering our food. I wouldn't have a problem with that except that our food arrived 40 minutes later than it was supposed to and was cold. The email I received said our food would arrive around 7:25pm, but then got a message saying Door Dash was delivering and it would be there around 7:47pm. I did not like the fact when I called the store, I got a person from another state, country, whatever. Then I had to be transferred to the store I called in the first place. Other than that, food was great.

I usually carryout. The speciality, customized, thin pizza I order online is always as ordered. Couple of hiccups on order in past year (2023). Staff always friendly at the window.
