I tried the Big Game Burger. I liked it a lot! Normally it would cost significantly more than the half pound Roast Beef which I love. So personally I wouldn't get it often, but you should definitely try it.
For starters, the wagyu burger is just phenomenal.Whoever takes the orders you can tell hates their job/life just from how they speak. But the worst thing about arbys in general is how expensive a meal is. Spent almost 40 dollars for me, my wife and child.

Customer service is horrible here. Management gets visibly upset and rude if you use the coupons that they mail out to you! I usually know better than to visit this location but gave them another shot. Never again lol Avoid this place, they don’t want your business!
