I've never had an issue other than order being wrong but this time I'm annoyed. I mobile ordered and when I came to get it they turn all the lights off while I was in the drive thru.. long story short they need to change there hours on Google and in the McDonald's App so people don't waste there time.
I ordered a medium caramel apple pie latte through the mobile app. I had to wait while they clean the machine. Took about 15min my drink finally came out I left. When I got home i noticed it was a small instead of a medium not only that no whipped cream and no drizzle. CHECK your order before you head out not the first time this happened at this location.

Was in with my friend tonight. The food was tasty however the young woman who brought our food to our table (we ordered on the kiosk) had an annoyed look on her face. As I was saying thank you she passive-aggressively dropped the tray on the table and walked away without saying a word to us. She then got into a small altercation with who I assume was a DoorDash driver. I don’t know what her problem was
