“I've never had a problem here, and typically stop by two or three times a month. The access to the parking lot is bizarre, but the food and service were both fine. Several young kids working here, probably their first job, so expect a few mistakes, but overall I was perfectly satisfied.“

“Layne's is by far the best chicken place I have found in VA. They crush Caine's in the chicken fingers, fries, and friendly service. “this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“Manager was very pleasant and helpful. She was working just as hard as her employees to make sure everyone had great customer service and perfect food. My one complaint is that they didn't have true Arby's straws. Those are wide enough to really enjoy Arby's shakes. Other straws collapse and crack. (But, I had one in my car. So I was still able to enjoy my thick & delicious shake.“

“Going here in the morning or afternoon has been great! Going in the evening seems to have disgruntled employees endeavoring to make sure the customers are actively dissatisfied. The cantina chicken quesadilla i usually get was markedly more spicy this evening. Painfully so. I may be wrong, but the employee seemed to be in a negative mood when we arrived but found something to be giddy about after handing us the food.“

“Love the ladies at this subway. I stop here for lunch almost every day and they always make me a great sandwich with even better customer service. There’s a sub shop in every strip mall/gas station these days, but the service you get here stands out.“

“We stopped to get gas on our way home, and discovered Champs Chicken. It was so good, and probably some of the best food we had on our trip. The chicken was great and the potato wedges were awesome. The service was fast even though they were busy, and the ladies working there were super friendly. We will definitely stop in the next time we are in Virginia, which will be soon.“
