Great location! I had the classic Italian and it was very good. The staff is very good at the job and efficient with production. It’s great to watch them slicing the meat fresh. Their tea is also good. There is plenty of parking and there are tables for those in a wheelchair. This is a good location in the city and is easy to get into. Friendly staff and great subs. 4 stars instead of 5 because I have ordered online many times. With a multiple-sub order, I always fill in the labels “ who is this for?”. The subs are never adequately labeled, if at all. At best, they write a number on the bag- meaningless because I don’t have the menu memorized. Tonight, only one was numbered and I had no idea, as usual, what the number meant. I always include a tip for online orders and I regret it every time. Will be back....read full review

12/30 UPDATE: The management did a wonderful job correcting the issue. When I returned, the care shown to detail was hands-down apparent. Thanks again for being the best sandwich in town.The crew here could use a little training on making sure orders are filled according to instructions. Overall, a good experience, but missed on a few of the details (toppings, timing, etc.)
