This location is very stingy on the meat and will charge you more $ to get what other Chipole’s give you for the standard price. The quality of the chicken is poor - I got tendons, slimy skin pieces, and cartilage in my food that was 95 percent brown meat - all for paying extra totaling $19. I call that poor quality and the issue is the management. It’s unhealthy to get other animal body parts in your meal when you are paying for and expecting good quality. Won’t return.
This is a new restaurant in the area and we were excited to give it a try. Sadly it was not at all what we expected. The staff was polite but the food was terrible. The rice was too dry and seemed like maybe made yesterday. Same with the veggies. The atmosphere is very noisy and echoes a high school cafeteria. We won't going back.
I've always liked Chipotle, but post pandemic the quality of the food is poor. Especially the chicken and peppers. The chicken is typically overcooked and very grisly. The sauteed green peppers are ruined by some type of bad seasoning, maybe too much pepper (not sure). I still like the rice and the beans.
